These come from Mustang's own store, not from this phone. Anyone on the app can see this screen exists — the key is what decides whether it shows anything, and it is checked by the server, not here.
A docket can take up to a minute to appear in this list. It is filed and safe the moment the phone says “Office has it” — the list itself is what lags. Give it a minute before worrying.

Contact the plant manager or supervisor now. The machine shall not be used until they give clearance. The office is told the moment you send this.

The supervisor's random check is added from the office screen. An operator never signs it for them.
